Privacy statement
What we record on this event site, why, and for how long. In short: without your consent we measure nothing and load no files from any other company.
Who processes your data
Enversed Studios B.V. in Eindhoven, the Netherlands, is responsible for the data processed through this site. The data is stored in a database within the European Union (Frankfurt).
Cookies
By default this site places one cookie: the one that remembers your own cookie choice. If you allow statistics, Google Analytics also places its own cookies. If you decline, Google is not loaded at all — no data whatsoever, not even your IP address, goes to Google.
ev-consent
Remembers whether you allowed or declined statistics, so we do not ask again on every page. Contains no data about you.

Only if you allow statistics. Recognises your browser on a return visit, so that one visitor is not counted as ten.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. On withdrawal we delete the Google cookies immediately and measurement stops at once — withdrawing is therefore just as easy as consenting.
If you fill in a form
If you request a tour, register for a programme item or apply for an exhibitor stand, we need a few details to handle your request. We use them only for that and we do not sell anything on. We only send a newsletter if you actively opt in on the form: the checkbox is unticked by default, and you can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us — we will then remove you from the list.

Who else sees it
Our hosting providers (Vercel and Supabase) process the data on our behalf, under a data processing agreement. If you allow statistics, Google Analytics processes data about your visit; this may involve transfers to the United States, on the basis of the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. If you decline, none of that happens.
Your rights
You have the rights the GDPR grants you:
- access to what we hold about you;
- correction of anything that is wrong;
- erasure of your data;
- restriction of, or objection to, the processing;
- withdrawal of your consent for statistics, without giving a reason.
